ReplyDeleteThank you for your posting. I thought this module was great fun with a great learning in a tool (google analytics) that is heavily utilized by businesses around the world. I liked your note that the insights that can be gain from web analytics are a reflection of current performance and can also be used as an opportunity for generating a roadmap for a business. Having a better understanding of where a business will go next allows a business to formulate a plan and commit to iterative change.
